If within one year from the date you purchased one of our products, this product fails due to a defect in material or workmanship, Max-Vibe will repair or replace your product, or any necessary components, free of charge.

This warranty excludes

a. Damage caused by accident, abuse, mishandling, or transport;

b. Units subjected to unauthorized repair;

c. Units not used in accordance with proper care instructions;

An extended warranty is available for purchase via online store.

Extended Warranty

The extended warranty gives the purchaser an additional 5 years of service for any product in our store. The extended warranty must be purchased before the first year expires.
